Find your next space
Office, retail, industrial/warehouse, medical, restaurant and land, all in one search. Every listing is commercial space for lease from the owner, the listing agent or a lister acting for them, so you can compare size and monthly price side by side and message whoever controls the space. Searching and messaging are free for business tenants.

How leasing commercial space works on Lease Local
1. Narrow the search
Start with the city or draw a radius around the area you want to be in, then filter by property type, square footage and an all-in monthly budget. Size and price show on every card, so you can rule spaces out before you tour them. Switch to map view when location matters more than the numbers.
2. Contact directly
Message the owner, listing agent or lister from the listing page. There is no lead form sold to a call center and no broker in between, the reply comes from the person who can answer questions about the space, unlock the door and talk terms. Save listings to your account to compare them later.
3. Ask the right questions
Before you sign, confirm what the monthly figure includes (base rent, common area charges, utilities, taxes), the term length and any renewal option, who pays for build-out, zoning and permitted use for your business, parking, and the earliest date you could occupy. A short list of questions up front saves weeks later.
Lease Local is commercial only, no apartments, no homes, and no for-sale inventory mixed into your results. If you own or manage space and want business tenants to find it, listings are free to create and publish through February 1, 2027.
